When faced with the need to remove the stucco from our home due to water intrusion problems, I was intent on being careful to select a company that would do the job right so that this problem would be corrected once and for all. After researching referrals and reviewing bids I chose Krech Exteriors to do this work. Now, after all the work has been completed, I’m very pleased with that choice. We have received numerous compliments on how the project turned out and could not be more pleased with the end product. Working with Mark on the computer aided design of the front elevation was first rate. The software allowed us to see what colors and materials looked like in the finished product. The teams at each phase of the project were skilled, efficient and very professional. The demolition crew worked quickly. In addition, they were very respectful when it came to the interior of our home and our landscaping. Beverly and I could not have hoped for a better outcome. While this project went fairly smoothly, there were some issues that arose during the course of the work. These issues were dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. He was reachable all through the job and made sure what we discussed was how the job was completed. Using the visual aides made the process of selecting materials colors and applications a much simpler process. Choosing what we wanted and how it should look turned our excellent. The new windows, siding and deck turned out just ass we had wanted. Our neighbors all say we have a new house. The windows have made a noticeable change this winter.
