GAF Shingle and Accessory Limited Warranty

As GAF’s basic warranty, this comes standard with any GAF shingle roofing in Minneapolis. This includes a decade’s worth of 100% coverage on material defects and installation labor costs. For GAF’s three-tab shingle variety, we back this product for up to five years. As the primary protection level, workmanship coverage is not yet included.

GAF System Plus Limited Warranty

A step up from the basic warranty level, this covers up to 50 years of 100% material defects and a lifetime coverage on installation labor costs. For three-tab shingles, this includes a 20-year material defect coverage and up to 30 years of labor installation costs. You can also enjoy a two-year coverage on workmanship, which includes misapplications of flashings by the contractor. If the root problem was faulty material, we will also take up the tear-off costs at no added expense for you.

GAF Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty

Another benefit of being a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor is that we have the exclusive opportunity to offer this strong warranty. This includes material defects coverage for 50 years for three-tab shingles. It also includes 100% coverage on installation labor costs for the rest of your roofing’s life span.

You can also have added security with 100% workmanship coverage for 25 years, which includes incorrect flashing installations. For any material defect or workmanship failure, we will also cover the tear-off and disposal costs. Lastly, this comes with a 40-point factory inspection to prevent any roofing problems.
